Lloyd Fox entered real estate
after a successful career in medical equipment sales and left as a Vice President
of Sales for the Western USA. Lloyd attended the University of Arizona in Tucson
and has been living in the valley of the sun since the 70’s. Lloyd finished
his first year of real estate as the number 2 rookie agent in the nation.

Kathryn was born and raised in Oregon and attended Mt. Hood College. She received her
real estate license in 1978 and worked as a broker. She spent 3 years in title insurance
and escrow, 5 years in investment real estate, 5 years managing a residential real estate
office, 5 years as a relocation account manager and served on the Board of Directors for the
Million Dollar Club. She and her husband, Tom, have a college age daughter, Lauren, who is
currently studying in France.
